One Shoulder Ruffle Dreams

My ruffle fascination continues, friends…

This top is poppin’ up everywhere this summer, and after slipping it on for the first time, I could definitely see why!

Not only is it flirty and fun, but it is very comfortable.

Some off the shoulder and one shoulder tops are super annoying because they continue to slip down requiring you to tug at them all.day.long.

THIS top stays put without the need to continually adjust.  SCORE!

Earrings: Kendra Scott

I paired this look with my fave Kendra Scott earrings, because once you add a staple like these, they tend to frequent the accessory rotation.

I love that the subtle glisten created by the mother of pearl paired with the flirty ruffles give off an extra dainty vibe.

I chose simple white shorts for this look.  But, almost any bottom would pair nicely with this top.

Skirts.  Jeans.  White pants.  You name it!

The versatility of this top is just another one of the several reasons to love this top!

Gold is one of my all-time fave colors.  I love that it is a neutral, but it is such a POP!

These gold sandals in particular are so comfortable I wear them almost every day in the summer.

In fact, I wish I had bought two pair!

Tip: It’s nice to have a few statement shoes in your closet, but definitely stock up on staple shoes as well.  These gold shoes qualify as the perfect staple summer sandal.

I’ve shown y’all this embroidered / tassel clutch many times before because I can NOT get enough of it.

I wish I could carry it in the fall / winter because I would probably never need another clutch again…ha!

The tassels are fun and the detail in the embroidery is stunning, to say the least!

Here’s a closer look at my fave summer clutch:

I chose to pull my hair back once we were at dinner because it was very breezy that night…cue the flyaway hair craziness!!!

My go-to hairstyle is a side pony.  You may think that a side pony sounds dated (think the 90s…), but if you execute it correctly, it is so 2017!

I always keep mine very low and try not to go too poofy with the curls…

NOTE: As always, sharing fashion inspiration with y’all is super fun, but please remember most importantly, that true beauty is found within : “[T]he Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7b
